Capturing Kids Hearts has affected how positive and welcoming the climate is. The implementation is beginning to show results.



Inconsistency was mentioned in all three buildings, both between staff and between schools. There are inconsistencies across staff regarding implementation of curriculum, cell phone policy, and the behavior matrix (5th to 8th; 9th to 12th). Consistency in school-wide and District-wide systems should be a priority.
Routines and classroom management were effective and evident!
Increase survey participation for both students and teachers to allow for an overall better understanding of implementation, data results, and next steps.
