District Initiatives and frameworks are very detailed. All priorities have a purpose and plan.Although elementary students and staff feel supported by building leadership, they feel neglected as district leadership only comes when there are problems with the building. The elementary staff want to feel acknowledged. 
Staff motivation is high in using data impacts to create learning paths for students at the elementary school.Using your SCAP to establish your priorities would be a good focus point in place of having so many initiatives.
All stakeholders felt as though there was a lot of clarity in sharing information from the elementary school.Using one form of communication district wide would streamline communication for all stakeholders.

Provide opportunities to share testing and data information as well as standard testing expectations. (high school)
Use of Strategic Planning Committee to create a vision was successful.Updated vision needs to be communicated with the staff to ensure continued by-in.
A process for the chain of command could help alleviate miscommunication between the stakeholders and school board.

Initiate training for all school board on roles and expectations of positions (CASB) including ongoing professional development as they grow in their positions.
